Any M0 or D1 core steping will do for overclocking. Your FSB probably won't be as high because the multiplier is 16 but the core speed would be high.
 
thanx... jst installed it :) its 3.2c so its a good one :)

edit: damn btw, my temps are cpu/case 40/38 by mbm5 is this normal? :(

For a Northwood thats high for idle but faster processors do get hot.

I hope your using a conductive thermal paste.

See how far it will go with 1.52 Vcore.
 
using silver thermal compound :) although it takes 2-3 days to kick in.. so... right now.. i will jst observe :) thanx
