What are your system specs? What are your goal with this system? You have to be a little more specific.

I wanted to try OC my system, see how high I can OC it, I tried it up to 3.7 but my CPU temp to 56c on idle so i was thinking of WATER COOLING it to have a ideal temp, my system is as follow:
