Help with Crucial pc3200 settings

Can anyone help me set the timeing for the crucial pc 3200 ram?
I have the system at 200 fsb. if I go any higher it will not boot. the memory is set on high performance setting (msi k7n2 delta-L). I belive it is the memory holding me back but what do I need to set it at?
system: Msi K7n2 Delta-L
XP 2500+ Barton
crucial pc 3200 512
cpu vcore 1.7
memory voltage - by hardware

What type of crucial memory? Ballstix, value? What's the default SPD rating and voltage?

humm its hard to say w/o knowing what IC this ram has( it should be either some micron IC or, infineon bt-5. i would try 3-4-4-11, and up my vcore alittle bit more, and see if this gets you anywhere.

Now running at 2315.3 with a fsb of 210
memory settings at 3 4 4 11
this is a locked barton how can i take it higher
