their email response has really gone down hill from my experience. you might want to try their forum but that's pretty weak to. yes i have 4x256 mushkin pc3200 bh5 and their response time was always fast until a few months ago. might be best to call their toll free #.

i e-mailed them monday about my ch-5 and this and they haven't gotten back to me yet. ;(

Just call them, I recently had to rma some stuff and their e-mail system was not working very well.
