And my question is what ratio should i be having my Ram at...i dont really understand what 1:1 means etc. I just added the zalman HS to my CPU...and my system is stable at the above settings...PCU never gets hotter than 51 degrees C. Id like to make sure that im getting all i can out of the system. I think i have a ram issue because when i have a few programs running at once..i can press ctrl+alt+del and that utility says im only using 5-20% of my CPU...but my pc acts extremly sluggish. Anyone have any ideas? Or any settings i should change? Thanks a ton in advance!

A 1:1 ratio offers more bandwidth, which is what you want to have. My setup runs better @ a 1:1 than a 5:4 with a higher overclock on the CPU. Is that the XMS memory or their Value Select? Do you know what the default timings are for it?

And use: CPU-Z version 1.24 to see what your CPU and RAM are doing.

Its th e XMS stuff.... and hows this look?

CPU-Z version 1.24.

is it possible that my computer would perform better at less than what i have it clocked at? My computer runs stable under load at what i posted in that Cpu ID up there, but maybe i should scale it back some?

Also which settings voltage wise do i need to play with in order to get more out of my rig since my temps are low and im stable at what i have now?

That is basically the same thing I can run @. I'm adding a better PSU though cause my current one is fluctuating below 12v too much. It did this on my other setup also.

If it's stable for extended periods of time, especially gaming and such leave it there. If it crashes step it down a bit.

What voltage is your Vcore set @ in the bios?
