Socket problems.

I plan to buy this CPU block:
NexXxoS HP Pro AMD Sockel 754 Athlon 64
It gets mounted via the 4 holes on the motherboard.

My question: Do the holes differ between Athlon XP (in my case Asus a7n8x deluxe 2.0), socket 754 and socket 939 systems.

I want to use the block in my XP system for a while and later on in a new s939 A64 system.
Are these 4 holes on the motherboard allways the same or is the distance between them different on the different plattforms.
In other words: Is this cooler compatible to all 3 plattforms?

Sorry for my bad english. It's not my native language.

I don't have the link to back this up ATM, but they do use the same mounting equipment.
