How to flash to an XT

How can i make my 9800 pro to an XT? How can i tell the temp of my 9800 Pro? idk if it has a probe or not but if it does how can i tell, and how can i use it?

How can i tell weather its a 350 or a 360 without takeing off the heatsink. Isnt if its 350 it is NOT Flashable to an XT?

both are flashable to the xt bios..... you can't tell if you it's a r350 or r360 without taking off the heatsink.... all the software that checks is looking at the bios not the core itself.
