Yes mostly bh-5, but bh-6 was also used you just have to remove the heatspreader to be sure......

BH-5 was used in Mushkin Level 2 PC3200.
BH-6 was used in Mushkin 2-2-2 Special PC3200.

No need to take off the heatspreader.

Unless you're crazy anal just have to know for sure ...

I think it depends on the special run you mean.

I have two sticks of special pc3200 that was run maybe a year before their last run of special and its bh-5. The last run of special was all bh-6 though.

Mine have black spreaders but use an unusual generic looking green PCB that isnt usualy used by Mushkin.

I had to tear the sticker covering mine and just remove the heatspreders to see.
