The Radeon DDR 64 will do 1024x768x32bit easy (at least in UT). You should be able to overclock it to at least 220. The Radeon LE is good too. I have that and can play 1280x1024x16bit at 50fps in UT. You just need to do a registry hack to enable Hyper Z and then overclock it to like 195 :D

The Radeon VE sucks. It doesn't have a T&L engine and will not perform well in games.

the only reason i would ever get a VE is if i had a dual monitor setup for around 150 i would get either a geforce2pro or a radeon 64 mb vivo the radeon is the better all around card....but if youre one of those people that just wanna show off higher fps then get the gforce2.....if you wait a while you could get the radeon 7500 for that price in a coupla months.....and that will blow the geforce2pro out of the water in 2D 3D and all kinds of performance...

Good choice. I bought this card a while back and I love it. Excellent color and superb picture quality. It was like I wiped the dust off of my monitor going from a V5 to the Radeon.

I am trading my v5 for a radeon 32mb ddr. Do you think it's worth it?

Sell it, get the money. Buy a Radeon Le. Overclock and enable hyper z. You now have a Radeon 32mb DDR and extra cash :)

I love my Radeon 64 DDR VIVO. I use it to play DVD's on my big TV, I use the Video In to play my Playstation on my monitor. It handles great in games, and overclocks well (Default 164/164 - OC'd to 205/205). You just have to remember to keep the clocks synchronous. The Radeon dosn't like to be run too terribly far out of spec, and it likes it clocks sychronized, or it'll complain.
