CH-5 vs BH-6

I'm taking a risky bet on some supposedly BH-5. ;) Case it's not, it'll be Bh-6, I have CH-5 now. How would it compare to my old stuff?

I would imagine the BH-6 would be better than the CH-5 because it wont have voltage regulators built into the PCB... but i dont think you can expect BH-5 kind of overclockability.
