XP SP2 for P4 prescott owners?

Just wondering if people with these CPUs have still been installing SP2 on their machines. i had it on my old system running an Athlon Xp 2500+, but now that I have a Prescott CPU, windows update has it blocked. I was just wondering if anyone has manually installed this.
