dont know about you guys but i cant afford the newest best quietest hs/f so i got one for like 8$ at the local computer store....
and it's great. but i noticed (6mo after buying it) that i can hear the thing down the hall with my door closed..

anyways... i was cleaning my computer and getting all the dust out, and boy does my hs/fan HAVE dust.. now. quiet........... like ................... that :)

LOL, yeah not just cheap HSF's, but most all of them collect a great deal of dust over tiime, I suggest cleaning out you case of dust ever 3 mos, thats what I do.

Use cohesive air cooling and put a filter on the inlet.
That way there is always a positive pressure inside the case and all air going in is filtered.

That sure is a fine chip you have there, they are almost rare today. Have you tried for more mhz?

dont talk about noise, i have a 80mm delta blowing 68cfm strapped onto my fop32 heatsink
