Ok guys, i dont have a real pro PSU...atleast i dont think..alls i know is it was designed for the Tyan K7 but is like intended to run on the GIgabyte GA7DXPDW which is what i have...

So i looked in my bios the other dayat the voltage amounts....i know crap about this stuff ....but i dont know whats too much, too little etc...

heres my voltage:

CPU0 - 1.58-1.71
CPU1 - 1.70-1.71
+3.3 - 3.15-3.18
+5.0 - 4.78-4.95
+12.0 - 11.88-11.92
-12.0 - 12.35-12.44
-5.0 - 6.25-6.35

this is also what MBM5 shows. My system runs pretty darn stable...temps are alittle high, which i think is due to dust...but im switching cases soon so i figure ill clean it out when i move cases....the volatage are changing everytime MBM5 updates....soo half of those up there go higher/lower than what i typed

Are these too low/high? is it like slowly frying my system or ami just worrying about nothing?

Thanks in advance guys.

Use a multimeter.

Your 3.3 and +5 are a bit low, as is your +12v rail, but if you are not ocing.. its nothing to worry about.. wont cause instability or fry anything..The negatives aren't used much, so I dont think you need to worry about anything

Get a multimeter to be sure but based on those readings they are well within tolerance.
