screen very dark

I have a radeon 32 ddr videocard with all the tweaks done and the tweeker overclockers installed when i play any heavy 3d games(max paye,quake3,unreal...)my screen is very dark,i have uninstalled all the tweeks and still the same when i'm not playing games the screen is fine

Sounds like you need to adjust the gamma either in the games or thru your driver settings.

set the brightness and/or contrast on your monitor
or as above post said adjust gamma in games
i think it's also possible to adjust gamma in display properties(settings-->advanced section)

Are you using a monitor with a Trinitron tube?

They tend to be a bit on the darkside, (well mine at least compared to my AOC )
