If you are just going to stick with 200 fsb and go for a 14 multi, then just get some 3200 EB or some TCCD and save yourself some money. All of the EB series should do 2.5-2-2 with the voltage provided by that board and the TCCD will do 2-2-2.

If you want to raise the FSB past 233 then go for the 3700EB or agian some TCCD sticks.

However I don't see your CPU hitting 2.8 ghz without some better cooling.
 
well @ 2.7ghz right now it doesnt go above 45 deg with prime running =)

But yes im upgrading alot of things cooling is one of them
and i plan on overclocking the fsb past 240

The 3700EB or OCZ pc3200 plat rev2 should work great for you in that setup.

But that price is WAY too high, see if you can get it for cheaper or go for the other stuff I listed, it should perform just as well if not better.
