Get in proxy trouble?

I sometimes use a proxy to visit somesites and im wondering that will i get in trouble from the proxy owners if i use a proxy?

i mean if the proxy is gotten from a public proxy site im allowed to use it right?

i wont get introuble if i use it to view a forum or something

any ideas?

remember those forums i was banned from along time ago. i view them with a proxy.

i highly hightly doubt ull get in trouble..thats why proxies are there :D so many ppl probably use the same proxy so i doubt there is any worry
