optimizing the P4C800-E Dlx

i just installed my p4c800-e dlx and i was wondering what sorts of things i can do to optimize my motherboard and get the most out of it..i dont really know much about modifying the settings and all...so can anyone out there help me out a little? =]


Intel P4 2.4 ghz
P4C800-E dlx
768 mb kingston value ram pc3200
Geforce FX5600

Things to do before clocking:
Spread Spectrum: Disabled
ICH Delayed Transaction: Disabled
Legacy USB Support: Disabled
Parallel/Seriall Port: Disabled
Speech Configuration: Disabled

After:
Configure DRAM By SPD: Disabled (You can manually set your ram timings with it disabled)

AI Overclocking:Manual
This is where you take over........These are the settings where you generally mostly be having fun. Make sure to lock your AGP/PCI to 66/33...........
