ok i have a question i have duel channel ram on my mobo i am useing 2x256 rams my timesings are 2.5-2-2-6 is that good or what... can i change it to make it better... and in my BIOS my ram is runnin 3200 200 ( 400 ) and in CPU-z is says that its 133 any ideas.? see sig for spec's

For AMD, The tightest timings are 2-2-2-5 however 2-2-2-11 has been know to perform better. I don't know about the 133 thing.

Can you manually set the memory speed? Do you have a divider set? Those are two things you should look at.

yeah in my bios it is set to ddr400 and devider set.?? i dont think so.. i dont know it is now set to 2-2-2-6 and seems to be a lil faster

The divider he is referring to is something like 5/4, 3/4, 1/2. It would probably be named something funky in the bios.
