Fastwrites with nvidia on or off

Well i was an avid ati user and switched but on my 9800 pro i had fw on and had no problems, but i hear fw should be turned off for nvidia card. Whats the scoop with that?

I always had nvidia before I went to ati recently, I never turned off fastwrites.

i've never have turned fastwrite's off on any of my nv card's.
unless your having stability prob's, then that's something to try.
if not then i'd leave it on. jmho/

I actually lost performance with Nvidia one time with a different pc.So I have yet to enable fastwrites again.Too lazy to try it out:)
