Are you talking used?

As a reference, use the following:

New ch-5 sticks can be had for somewhere in the range of $110-$140 per 512MB stick (PQI/KHX etc.). Buffalo Tech PC3200 sells for $85-$90 or so at newegg new, although these use Micron chips. Below are examples of available ch-5 based ram.

Kingston HyperX at newegg ($140):

Hardcore Cooling advertised to be CH-5 ($130):

PQI with CH-5 per review at System Cooling ($110):

Example of new stick at newegg - 512 stick of Buffalo Tech PC3200 w/Micron ($85):

Also, Mushkin Level 1 is CH5. I loved the CH5 we had in the house... Until I tried it in this motherboard. It didn't like this board at all. It worked great in a Chaintech VNF3 board, though.
