Will Mushkin DDR pc3200 basic do cas 2.0???

I have a 512mb stick here and was wondering if it will do cas 2.0 and the timings below



Im already running Twinmos ch-5 pc3200 200mhz running 2.77v at
cas - 2
ras to cas - 3
ras precharge - 2
tras - 7

unfortunately the answer is maybe. it all depends on the chips. alot of chips can run some form of cas2. as in maybe 2.3.3.6 or 2.5.3.4.6. for instance, my pc4000 was designed to run 3.4.4.8 at 250+. but it also ran 2.3.3.5 up to 215 mhz.

If i raise my twinmos to 2.5 cas to match the mushkin will i see a performance difference
