settings on a p4c800e dlx

what mem settings are people running on the above mobo, does and anyone have the mem performace mode switch on ?, i think at the moment i have it to auto, i am thinking maybe this is hurting my overclock ?

any settings i should be turning off ?

i just leave everything on auto and change timings as needed.. there moght be better tweeks but thats all i do..
