200pin RAM

I have 16 sticks of 200pin RAM. 8 matched sticks and 2 sets of 4 matched sticks. I think these are for Sun systems.
the 8 sticks have on them: KMM3144C400CS-6S...barcode: 501248078620446
1 set of 4 has: KMM3144C404BS1-6S...barcode: 501248078940517
Other set of 4 has: GMM7144201CTG6 7422S...barcode: 501248096104178
If you can give any info on these stick I will appreciate it.
Is it worth it tring to sell or seeing as i have so many sticks...if it is for a sun system should i try and piece together a sun system and play around with solaris? thanks ahead of time everone

ya thats how i came up with sun. With the lil bit i have found out the sun systems won't fold so I am thinking of just dumbing the ram since i have no use for it. Might keep a stick or two just for the novilty of it.
