Which 512 duel channel kit to get?

I'm doing some serious upgrading to my pc, I am gonna be overclocking a mbile 2600, what 512 (x2 256) duel channel kit should i get? looking at something with the tccd in maybey?

if you go with only 512 I'd go with the hynix...... people in this forum are pushing 260 fsb with the D43 ram.
