ATI Silencer 2 problem with r9600

Hello,

I just got my ATI Silencer 2, and trying to install it on my Elsa Falcox 960xt (with vivo).
When trying to insert the HS into the board, it seems to get stuck on 2 capacitors.
At the store where i ordered the Silencer, they said that it should feet the elsa, although i didn't mention that it was a vivo card so maybe that could be the problem?
Maybe i should change it to a different model?...

UPDATE:
Well dude, this seems to be the solution.
If you want I can do it in no time, or you can talk to the shop for a refound or something like that.
