voltage drop on MOSFETs

Do MOSFETs have the same 0.7V drop as normal bipolar (npn,pnp) transistors?

Thanks, now I know I can do what I want to and still get 12V on my fans instead of 11.3V :)

11.3 vs 12v on fans I'd think wouldnt make too much difference, its still about how much current it can draw. Unless I'm missing something here.
