Hi youARR,
I suggest you to rise a little the Vcore, the chip voltage, but no more than 15% over the rated value and set the Cas latency of your mem module on 3-3-3, if still doesn't work try using only a mem module on the slowest settings.
What kind of mem module Pc133 are you using?

What cooling are you using? You simply cannot always count on the bios ratings to be correct...

And keep in mind that the 1 gig P3's aren't the best OC'ers in the world. Good luck with it though!

Try using 1 stick instead of all 3. I am using 2 sticks of ram and its unstable at 150mhz but with 1 its rock solid:cool:

Well if the above post have not fixed it you can try to set your memory to minus clock speed in BIOS [if you have that setting] as you know your running your memory beyond spec speeds.

What also might help is to try and run with AGP 1x and AGP texturing disabled (4MB), upping the Vio a notch might do the trick for your RAM.

i have 1 fan blowing in from the front of the case and 2 at the back blowing out

i also hae built a little stack off fans that blow directly ontyo the mobo
all up theres 6 fans that are blowing onto the mobo and the 3 others that are blowing throught he case

i aslo dont have any voltage control so i cant change it

I'd bet some real money it is your memory.

When I had generic PC133 in this system, I could only do
140fsb with the CAS3 settings and wouldnt do 150 at all.
Got some Crucial/Micron PC133 and now I can do 140 at
CAS2 or 150 at CAS3 with no problems at all.

If I was you, I would get some PC150 CAS2 ram right now since
it is cheap at the moment. Last week I ordered 2 256mb
Kingmax chips for $34 bucks each + shipping....

Note that the air sucked into the case, must be the same, or just a little more, of the blowed out, considering the total Cfm of the fans for Intake/Exhaust.
