Ok i have athlon dtr it means it doesn't have the heat spreader, and already tried puting mach2 head and they didn't touch, what do I need to do, do I put some piece of copper plate on the top of cpu to make contact, what's your ideas?

I dont exactly know what the head of the mach2 looks like or how it mounts, but if it has a mounting plate, you might need to shim that up or something.

Also, remember that the bare processors cannot handle as much pressure as the capped ones.

Have you tried tried filing off the extruding nubs on the front plate and even the spacer nubs on the back plate.

There are some people over at xtreme systems here (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=43420) having the same issue, and they ended up just filing down the block. Pieces of copper between the core and head cause many more thermal junctions, so decrease performance, so just mod your mach2.
