Hi guys,
I'm new to this ACT software. Things that I should be able to do are:
1. Make the opportunity field 1 - opportunity field 8 under user fields tab as
pull down menu.
2. Be able to quote the opportunity
3. Producing opportunity report by user
The problems are:
1. I don't find anyway to make the opportunity fields as pull down menu
2. The quote command button for opportunity is disabled
3. When I want ther report, it does not get produced
Please help with these problems. Any advice would be very appriciated.
