PS*Since plenty of tweaks are available online and there seems to be no definite way to check if a particular program is malicious *before* installing it, can we have a bogus tweak/software site list?

There seem to be a lot of people linking to them.. from the first few pages of results, I don't see any very bad reviews.

There is no real way to check what a file does w/o executing it. Just scan it for viruses. You can google the specific filename and see if other sites are mentioning it, but that's about all.
