I did a search on this and can't find any info. If a memory stick has 2-3-2-6-T1, what does the 'T1' stand for?

The command rate, aka CPU Interface. With Athlon64's especially, some sticks can't run the 1t command rate without issues even at stock speeds, so the ability of doing so is now a point to advertize.
