Does anyone happen to know of a program similiar to Nvmax that will allow you to raise the core speed higher than 300mhz

I am just trying to establish the upper threshold of my Leadtek GF2 Ultra and it is rock solid at Nvmax's highest setting of 300mhz.

I realize its the memory speed is what matters most but I am curious as to what the core will actually do.

Heat is not an issue as I have an Alpha Pal15u on my core. After I find the threshold of the core I will add a 52 watt peltier sandwiched with a silver coldplate to see the absolute threshold/

So if anyone knows of a progie that will exceed 300mhz for the core I will thank you in advance.

Try this site, there are lots of different nVidia tweaks available, so see which 1 suits you;

Try powerstrip it should work. What are your max settings so far and what are you running for cooling on the card. Just curious because I have the same card my setting are 285/515.

Powerstrip is in the lnk in my signature.

I don't believe different programs will get different results, and 300 mhz for an ultra is tough without some extra cooling (peltier, -2C day to take your PC outside).

I can run Burnin and Seti at 300mhz core with zero artifacts completly stable, thanks to the the Alpha pal15u (It also runs stable at 300 with the stock heatsink with a 40x40x20mill Sunon fan upgrade. The Alpha is overkill, but it sure looks sweet;)

My memory has Radio shack heatsinks and the memory is completly stable at up to 515mhz......At 520 it gets a little less stable, I keep the settings at 275/500 just to prolong the cards life but I seem to go through video cards about as much as you Pinky.

The reason for my needing a utility that goes over 300 is just so i can find the ceiling for the core. I've always been pretty happy with Leadtec cards as they seem to OC well.

Thanks for all your help people, much appreciated. A few more weeks and my prototype Silver Ramsinks will be in testing.
