Samsung Ram

I recently got a good deal(or so I think) for some Samsung Ram,

2 x 512MB DDR3200 for $90CDN each so about 75USD, these are the specs on them I dont know much about ram, and I just learning about timings:

64mx64u-40b - Part Number, don't know what that means...

Any help?

Thier prob the TCCC ones, and my stick can oc to 250fsb onmy A64 pc and about 240-230 on my Axp

Mine can OC without errors til my board craps out (225 FSBish) but I choose not to run them that high because I see no real point in churning out 300 MHz more, this comp is speedy enough for me. I just leave timings on auto too. Damn I'm lazy.
