I downloaded Java Icq for linux, Now how do i install it? I have Redhat 7.1
Thanks
Don't know about Red Hat but Mandrake and Suse come with an icq program in x. So you don't have to install one.
The best icq I have found is called licq. You can dl it from http://www.tucows.com It is source code and has to be compiled, quite easy though.

RedHat comes with licq. To use it, just type licq. If you didn't elect to install it when you installed Linux, you should be able to use the update program to get it, or else install it from the CD.
