This is really an Intel, Epox, OCZ commercial!! Since I received my new OCZ mem I have been gradually climbing the FSB ladder. Can't seem to find the top!! Although I am sure I will. Many have asked me why I don't run it at 1:1. Hmmm? Well there are not to many PC4000 mem sticks that run at DDR615!! So I am using the 5:4 divider. That allows me to keep climbing. This Epox board just takes all this in stride!! It has a watch-dog function so if you totally screw up your OC, you don't have to take off your side cover and pull the jumper. The Epox just clicks on then off then on and it is reset to default speeds. You can go right back into the bios and tweek some more!! EASY!!
Truly the best mobo I have ever used. Period!! Now to show you how it all comes together to satisfy my hunger for speed!!

dang

That's all I can say..... incredible overclock. Does Windows start to act up once you go over 300FSB? Most of the guys I talked to that went over 300 had programs that would act weird and Windows would function slowly.

Have you tried benching it at 290FSB? A guy over at [H] was at 317FSB and when he went down to 285, his Sandra scores went up..... I don't know if the same would happen for you, but I thought I'd mention it.

Still, 3.7 gigs at 1.63 volts.... my processor wont' even make it into Windows at 300FSB, 1.63V .

Nice job

I have no probs above 300 fsb In most cases the problem occurs in the AGP/PCI busses. I fine tuned my to 68/34 and everything smoothed right out. you have to keep the CPU volts up also or things will not run properly. I have had fun getting
more and more out of this processor.

Interesting, I'll have to give that a try and see if it does anything.

You have a pretty good OC there yourself. you should not need to mess with the agp/pci til you hit 300fsb

That's what I meant..... bumping the agp/pci and seeing if I could boot into Windows at 300. I haven't been able to do that so far.
