Since theres no way to get into dos via windows 2000, heres a guide on how i was able to flash my bios.
First your gona need...
Dos 5.0 Boot Disk
NvFlash (newest version)
Dos4gw
Bios Editor
New Bios .rom file (If needed)
these can be found here...

http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm
First Create the boot disk, after you downloaded the program put the disk into the drive and run the program, once that completes, eject the disk.
Next put NvFlash and Dos4gw onto a disk, save and eject.
Install the bios editor, chances are if your using a newer card you aready have the newest bios, and there is no reason to download an older bios.
(Users that downloaded a new bios file)
If you downloaded a new bios file, save it to the disk with NvFlash, then open up the bios editor and open the bios .rom file, edit as you see fit, then save the file as NEWBIOS.rom or a name of your choice so you can distinguish between the old and new bios.
(All users)
Restart your computer with the dos boot disk in the drive and let it load. It should bring you to a:\ command prompt... then insert the nvflash disk.
(Users that did not require a new bios)
If you didnt need a new bios your gona need to make a copy of your current bios and edit that, type in the command nvflash.exe -b OLDBIOS.rom and it will save to the disk, then restart and go back into windows and to the bios editor, edit as you see fit and then save as NEWBIOS.rom and on to the next step
(All Users)
For those of you that downloaded a bios its important to still make a backup of the current bios so type in nvflash.exe -b backup.rom, once that is finished its time to flash, simply type in the command nvflash.exe (name of your new file).rom it will ask you if your sure and then press Y. Then once its finished, restart.
And there you have it, you have successfully reflashed your video cards bios! :attn:
