I know Newegg sells an AXIA 1.2Ghz for like $100. It's only $10 more to get a 1.4Ghz AYJHA from Newegg which will probably be the best overclocker. I'm not sure how good AVIA's are.

TranceBear has a AVIA-Y 1 Ghz chip that he's got to 1.61 GHz... I'm sure he'll tell you it's good....
