Yes!
What CPU will you be running the peltier on? Many of the newer CPUs will require a larger peltier, the Vantec CCK-6035D can only handle up to like an 85W peltier.

a minimum watt peltier needed would be like 156Watts Yup, I wouldn't even dink with anything smaller than a 172W/Qmax 24V/Vmax Peltier if I were you. And with peltiers this size, you -WILL- have to use aggressive water cooling, period!

that heatsink can take the pelt because a 1.4ghz cpu will produce around that much heat. But for pelts you need that is rated at twice the Wattage of the cpu heat you put out. So Dimmreaper is right, 172W pelt with excellent water cooling is what you are going to need.
