Opinions....P4P800E DLX or P4P800SE

I'm planning on building a P4 system, which I'm hoping not too spend that much. I'm looking for a motherboard and came across the P4P800E DLX and the P4P800SE. Which motherboard is best? Obviously the DLX is better, but I don't really need the SERIAL or RAID configuration, unless the prices between the two are off by $10. Could anyone give me a take on this? Thanks!
