I am frustrated by the fact that i just had 18gigs of free space yesterday and now its all gone 80megs free? I have been downloading stuff but not that much!
I NEED A WAY TO MONITOR HARD DRIVE SPACE FOLDER BY FOLDER
I dont understand why this isnt a simple integral part of windows to display the size of the entire contents of any given folder without viewing properties
? So I ask is there some SOFTWARE available that displays the whole disks contents showing each folders size?
Te folders must be held accountable, I will destroy this unnessisary data!

you filled 160GB of space are you kidding me? All I have to say is go through and delete all installers from your downloaded programs, remove unessecary programs. I have the same amount, and I have 4 games installed, 1000mp3s, and about 20 or so other programs installed and I still have 132gb left. Man that is insane.

I just use the windows search function. Search all files "at least" "10000" kb. Try it!
Try this utility. It has grahical representation of HDD space consumption and you can mouseover to determine filenames.

Well I answered my own question, there are a couple programs designed specificaly for this.
Just search "folder size" on google and you'll find them
the one im using is free its called 'folder size browser'

I have over 300 programs; some for music, graphics and video editing, alot of games, tons of utilities alot of CD/DVD images, 30 gigs of mp3s, 30 gigs of movies and shows, my unfinished downloads alone is about 20 gigs. so there you go, but yeah its insane.
