I'm ready to push my mobile further but my 12V and 3V rails are measuring a little low and my current PSU doesn't even have a 12V CPU plug so I want to buy a new PSU that's solid on the rails, not very loud and runs cool. I want 450-500W and don't want to spend over $70-$75. Whaddaya think I should buy???

i would go for this:http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=17-104-968&depa=0
or this:http://www.svc.com/sf-550psu-tit.html
i think that either of those will suit you just fine

I like that SuperFlower. Does anybody have any opinions on whether they make good stuff or not? I know everybody loves Fortran and Antec and hates Thermaltake but don't know anythig about the SF.

If you do a search on the Fortron 530w you'll see many, many fellow members are more
than happy with them.
OCZ Powerstreams rock, best psu you can buy (apart from the pcp&c 510w dlx) IMO
