Asus Pundit-R (RS300 chipset) overlocking?

How good or bad is Asus Pundit-R for overclocking?
I read somewhere that there is no possible to change FSB, you can only use processor defaulta, is that thru?

Is it better use P4 2.4 nortwood 533 or P4 2.4c HT for overclocking with this barebone?

I have just bought one of these, there are currently no overclocking options in the bios and i dont know if there ever will be.

For overclocking i wouldnt suggest it even if it was possible.

With 2.4 G Prescott its silent when not using much cpu but you can only use the fan provided and things get a little noisier when running 100% so with faster/hotter chip i think it would be deafening.

If you want to know anything else just ask.
