Help Wanted: Motherboard for LGA775 P4?

i just recently brought a P4 3ghz ht (socket 775) proccesor i was wondering on any suggestions for a motherboard under £80. Not many choices if you want LGA775 and AGP slot. That Abit AS8 you linked to would be my first pick.
