Thick layer of AS dropped ~10 degrees AND is 12.8 volts too high?

I turned the voltage adjustment trim pot in my antec 400W and got my +5 up to 5.. but the +12 went to 12.8. Will this be alright, or will i destroy some hardware?

i think you alright, most hardware has a tolerence of like +/- 10%.

Yeah, you should be good as long as it stays around + or - 10%. Did you get anymore stability by getting your 5v rail over 5 volts?
