Radeon 9700tx for HTPC

Hey guys...first time poster here...long time lurker!

Anyway, I have a Radeon 9700tx that came out of a Dell system not too long ago. I plan on using this for a home theater pc that I am building, but would like to know if anyone has successfully flahsed this card to a true Radeon 9700 non pro or pro.

In case you are not aware, the 9700tx was built specifically for Dell.

I don't believe it's the same card.... you might want to check and see what core it uses.... i'm pretty sure this is not a moddable card. The last person that posted about it ended up with a dead card (or almost dead.... lots of artifacts even after a flashback)

Thanks for the quick reply...some people over at Rage3d have been able to mod it, although they don't go into detail.

However, I did just find out that it does not support component out...so I will be using a different card.
