2-2-2-5 3200 or 3-4-4-8 4200 ???

Is this Kingston HyperX 3200 at $289 or this PQI Turbo 4200 at $260 would be better for my system if I'm only going for a little oc?

AMD Athlon (TM) 2100+ 1.74 GHz (I'm getting a 2600+ mobile actualy)

how little of an oc are you talking about?

the hyperX is good if you're not going for high FSB's but staying around 200mhz and keeping tight timings.

If you're going for memory bandwidth, the PQI would be overkill, to be honest with you. I'd recommend you go looking for some PC3700 2.5-3-3-7 modules. That gives you the best of both worlds, a fairly high FSB with decent memory timings. Perhaps even the PQI could be downclocked to PC3700 speeds with 2.5-3-3-7 or tighter timings.
