Kingston Hyperx khx4000

I notices my New kingston memory installed is checking in @ 400 mhz and the spec sheet says 500 mhz ?

are u checking it with cpuz?? if so then it only reports what the spd chip is programmed for. i had some pc4000 hyperram that showed up as pc3200, yet it ran to 285+. the most important thing is the performance, if they run to pc4000+ speeds then i wouldnt worry about it...
