I have a question for all you pc monster modders out there. My girldfirend has an HP computer, roughly aroun a year and a half old. My question is.. Is it possible to put her internals and hardware from that HP into a new case? I guess the biggest question i have is, will the power supply fit and will the motherboard fir?

Anyone who has done this or if anybody knows it is possible, please tell me and if and what any complications occured. Obviously the cd-rom and floppy and that BS will fit, but will the PCI and input device panel all work???

It all depends on: if the case you are thinking of switching to is large enough... what case? What cpu is in the hp (wanna see how old it is). Honestly it should be fine. I dont see a problem unless of course the hp isnt atx (or the new case isnt atx).

what is the HP model that would be a little more helpful for O/C members to assist you.

if you don't know much of the hp board n stuff try going over to hp support to get the detailed specifications.
