which power connector-sata or molex

I just got a new western digital SATA HDD from new egg, and it has both SATA power connectors and regular Molex, so which one should I use, or should I use both? Im using an Antec 450 watt P/S with built in SATA power adapters, so it really doesnt make a difference to me which one i use, I m just wondering which, if any, is better

DONT use both. You could screw up the drive. It doesnt matter which one you use. Power is power. Just dont use them at the same time.

Thanks for the input, Ill gove the SATA connector a try, since I paid extra for a PS with them :/
