I currently have a Sparkle 350W and something tells me it doesn't cut it for overclocking anymore. (VCore is set to 1.75 and runs 1.74 idle, 1.69 - 1.67 on load)
I have 2 hard drives, 2 optical drives, and a floppy.

I have an AMD 64 setup on the way (DFI mobo and 2800+ cpu) and i don't think the sparkle will be able to handle the vdimms i will be setting for my ram (3.1+v)

The PSU i'm looking at is the Forton 530W. My dad has that one and its great, but I'm not sure I definately need it.

so what if you don't need it, it just means it is future proofing. I run the Rig in my sig with a 550W antec. What if you want to upgrade to a high power draining Video card like a 6800ultra or a X800XT? Then you'd have to upgrade again. I'd stick with the fortron.
